Responsible for:
- Provide HR and Training support.
- Controlling and maintaining staffing levels and performance within the company
- Recruitment, placing job adverts, selection process, interviewing and implementing contracts of employment for each area of the business.
- Assist with disciplinary hearings and grievances for all areas of the business.
- To be involved in conducting training/coaching sessions.
- Produce reports, highlighting group turnover, absence levels and overtime/staff costs.
- Monitor absence, conduct return to work interviews.
- Control and order agency staff and co-ordinate agency costs.
- Proactive employment law advice.
- Updating the HR intranet site
The ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD qualification is advantageous.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- CITP qualification.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Good administration background.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Assertiveness at all levels.
- Coaching and Mentoring skills.
