The purpose of the role is to liaise with new and existing customers to assess, define, document, manage and priorities their business requirements. My client currently employs over 100 experienced staff and work within Europe and America.
The specific skills and experience you require for this role are:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to clearly communicate problems and creatively identify alternative solutions.
• Able to define and document clear business and systems requirements.
• Highly numerate and analytical.
• Experience working in a systems and business analysis role
• Experienced in defining and documenting current and future processes.
• Ability to produce business process maps.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to develop and prepare business analysis and plans.
