Job Elements: -
• Part of a team designing components and systems for the automotive industry.
• A wide range of activities will be undertaken including detail design and full involvement in project work.
The ideal candidate will have:
• The successful applicant will have an innovative and methodical approach to design and will be self-motivating.
• Applicants will be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of three years experience in a design environment and be conversant with a major 3D CAD system preferably CATIA V5 or ProE.
• A background of designing products for high volume manufacture in accordance with the disciplines of QS9000 will be a distinct advantage.
