Working in a call centre environment, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service
Initially a temporary contract, with the potential to go permanent with the client
Making appointments for field representatives to visit customers
Providing excellent customer service
Handling problems and complaint handling
Excellent attention to detail
Recording customers information on in house computer systems
Diary management
Building rapport with customers
£6.70 per hour plus bonus
Working hours Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm / 12noon - 8pm (1 in 4 Saturdays required)
Based in the City Centre / Splott Area of Cardiff
Skills Required
Proven experience of working in a call centre environment
Ability and passion to deliver excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills
