Working in a call centre environment, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service
Initially a temporary contract, with the potential to go permanent with the client
Making appointments for field representatives to visit customers
Providing excellent customer service
Handling problems and complaint handling
Excellent attention to detail
Recording customers information on in house computer systems
Diary management
Building rapport with customers
£6.70 per hour plus bonus
Working hours Monday - Thursday 12.30pm - 8.30pm & Friday 10am - 6.00pm (1 in 4 Saturday Mornings required)
