As a Customer Service Administrator your role will involve:-
Supporting the Operations Manager in all areas of administration
Setting up instructions from solicitors and clients
Opening the post and allocating to the correct area
Ensuring the outgoing post is dealt with on a daily basis
Updating clients of the progress of instructions
Liaising with clients to ensure that appointments are adhered to
Assisting the Operations Manager in developing and maintaining a database of experts
Contributing to the development of the business through indentifying process and system improvements
As well as general administration duties as requested by the Line Manager
Applications for this post of Customer Service Administrator will be considered from individuals with previous administration experience, are PC literate in Word and Excel and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
In return the company offer a salary of £12 to £13,000 per annum including excellent benefits, incentives and career opportunities.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch
