Your job will be to speak to the customer, find out exactly what the problems are and take down the details. You will then pass the details on through the relevant systems so that the problem can be resolved by the correct department.
Sometimes the call centre will have very busy periods, in which case you would need to be able to adapt accordingly to the role that you are requested to do.
You will be put onto a varying shift pattern. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm. Your shifts will be between these times. Unsociable hours are paid at a higher rate of pay. You will also be given the opportunity to work overtime, this will be paid accordingly.
