Working for a large company based in Cardiff, you will be working on a new team striving to achieve success through meeting targets.
You will be working in a call centre based environment, taking calls from customers who are interested in buying the products and services that you have to offer. Your task is to guide the customer through the purchase, making recommendations and giving advice where necessary. You will also be completing the sale over the phone, and setting up the customer's account.
Full training will be provided for any successful applicant.
Due to the nature of the company that you will be working for, there may be opportunities for you to progress or move between departments.
The call centre will be based at Cardiff Gate, however there will be a free bus service provided departing from Cardiff city centre.
You will be working on a part time basis, working hours may vary but opening times will be weekday evenings 5pm - 9pm and weekends 11am - 4pm.
