Full Description:

Due to the expansion of the sales department, our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and resourceful team player to sell medical equipment to new business leads and existing customers. The role will also involve the supervisory management of the team on a day to day basis.

For this exciting role, the ideal candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years Specialist Telesales experience, with managerial responsibility

• Must show evidence of achievements

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to demonstrate initiative and to think on your feet

• A flair for selling and the ability to recognise buying signals

• Be resilient
• Competitive with a desire to succeed and achieve goals and targets
• Able to work on own initiative within the telesales guidelines
