Our client, one of the UK s largest training providers, are looking for a compliance auditor to join their busy team in the Cardiff area. You will be responsible for implementing and auditing internal and external quality processes and for supporting/training operational procedures throughout the organisation; these will include funding body contractual requirements, ISO and legislative areas ie. Health and Safety.Key Outputs:" To carry out internal system audits to ensure company compliance with all funding bodies and ISO and other specified policies and procedures" To monitor and quality assure all health and safety systems and procedures, including risk assessments and accident reporting " To produce written audit reports for managers and the Compliance Manager in line with target dates" To ensure all corrective action is carried out within agreed timescale" To support the implementation and effective communication of internal and external procedures throughout the organisation" To carry out initial and remedial procedural training" To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time.Qualifications " Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent" Key skills level 3 communications or equivalent" Key skills level 2 application of number or equivalent" Key skills level 2 IT or equivalent25 days holidayMoney Purchase Pension - company will contribute 6%Flexible benefits - buy and sell holidays - BUPA healthcare - Dental insurance - Childcare etc
