| Technical Author – 20k-22k Nr Newport, Pontypool, Cwmbran. This is an opportunity to join an expanding company who currently employs over 120 staff and have achieved Microsoft's Gold Certified Partner status, also been voted “Best Technology Provider” in the prestigious Globe Awards. As the technical Author you will hold the following skills and experience: • Knowledge and experience of writing software user manuals. • The ability to convert functional specifications and test scripts into manuals. • You will be comfortable working with product experts and clients to produce user manuals. • You will hold excellent writing skills. • The ability to pay attention to detail. • Experience of using document production software e.g. Microsoft Word and Visio, PDF. • You will have basic understanding of software production.
