| Job summary Working within a well-established marketing department, your role will focus on providing administration support across a variety of tasks Key responsibilities · Process the returns of paperwork using high speed scanner and associated software · Validation of Data Entry · Identify and record and update databases with accurate information. · Maintain And Manage Filing facility (Electronic & Manual) · Internet research – locating correct business details · Desk Research · Uploading data sets using internal software · Production of Key Reports Interactions · Reporting to the appropriate line manager, with interaction with members of the Marketing Services Team, wider Marketing team, and other areas of the business. Experience & skills · Good knowledge of Word and Excel (access would be an advantage) · Planning and Organisational Skills · Excellent Attention to Detail · Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work closely within a team · Good Communication Skills |
