Job Elements: -
• Responsible for providing account development and management.
• Regional architectural education and support via C.P.D. programmes, seminars etc.
• Regional supply chain client development.
• Key project specification management.
• Key client development & management.
• Key project tracking.
• Regional sector development based upon data capture.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Educated to a minimum of H.N.C. (or equivalent)
• Key will be the ability to strategise, develop and manage client relationships at all levels.
• Highly conversant with negotiating with specifiers and key stakeholders in the agreed target sectors.
• A high level of exposure to and experience of the Architectural and Contractor led market place is desirable.
• Technical background and understanding of building industry, products and market sectors.
