Working for a leading financial institution it will be your responsibility to make sure that every customer that calls in receive the best customer service
Part Time Days 6am - 11am
It will also your responsibility to ensure that you:
Introduce customers to all the different ways they can bank such as the internet
Update your knowledge of all the products and services so you can tell the customers all about the key features and benefits available
Take ownership of call, yet understanding when it's time to pass them on
