This is an inbound customer service role based with in a contact centre working for a financial institution
Your role will be to help customers that have rang in with queries about their bank accounts.
You will have:
Great customer service / Able to problem solve / Providing excellent customer service / Listening to customers needs / Problem solving / Complaint Handling
