Highly successful manufacturing company within the automotive sector is seeking to recruit an experienced Programme Manage to work at the South East Wales site to manage engineering programmes in line with business development activity
Main Duties
• Manages all aspects of engineering programmes as directed
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships relating to those programmes
• Ensures good internal relationships are developed and maintained to achieve project completion in a timely manner
• Preparation and presentation of project timing plans including commercial aspects and risk analysis
• Ensure progress reviews are held on time and at defined intervals
• Responsible for obtaining cross functional input into programmes
• Updating Head of Projects on status of programmes
Candidate requirements
• Minimum eight years experience in engineering and manufacturing environment
• Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering Degree / MBA or equivalent
• Experienced in dealing with customers and C2C and programme management
• Sound product knowledge
• Excellent project management / organisational skills, good commercial acumen
• Excellent communicator, presenter and negotiator
