Job Elements: -
• Support the Engineering and Manufacturing functions to develop safety case reports for identified processes on site and support new projects / developments.
• Produce safety case reports for submission.
• Work very closely with the Core Engineer and prepare, facilitate and document major hazard assessments for existing processes and new projects.
• Work in an advisory capacity to help develop a common approach and best practise across the function.
• Undertake preparation work for planned audits.
The ideal candidate will have: -
• Manufacturing, Project or Engineering background / experience is essential.
• Experience of conducting Risk Assessments and knowledge of different types e.g. FMEA, HAZOP, HAZAN etc
• Risk Assessment qualification.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be computer literate.
• Must be able to work to deadlines, prioritise work & manage several projects at once.
• Able to work on your own as well as part of a busy team.
