My client, a prestigious law firm based in Cardiff City Centre are looking for people to join their debt recovery team.
You will be ringing members of the public to arrange payment arrangements to get people back on track with their loans and mortgages. You need to possess good empathy skills and be able to be persuasive in your phone conversation in order to get people to pay back the money they owe. You will be handling your own case loads and be supported by your own admin team.
The role is predominately office hours (monday to friday 9am - 5pm) although there will be some occasions where you will need to work a little bit later or on Saturday morning.
