Job Elements: -
• Checking of loads for compliance to Hazardous Waste Regulations and other Regulatory standards.
• Compliance testing and checks for regulatory purposes and Health and Safety issues.
• Laboratory testing of incoming batches.
• Daily sampling and inspection of process output.
• Daily calibration of plant monitoring equipment (pH probes etc)
The ideal candidate will have:
• Chemistry qualification is essential, this will be preferably to HND/Degree level
• Industrial Laboratory experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations
• CoSHH exposure would be advantageous.
• Fork Lift Truck licence (training to be given if required)
