Full Description:

My client, a leading business mobile phone retailer are looking for MI analyst / Quality Assurance and Retentions Manager to join their successful sales and account management team.

This is a brand new role within the company and a fantastic opportunity for somebody with some previous related experience to the role.

You will be monitoring and evaluating account management against KPI's/Procedures and providing support and training by monitoring these trends and recommending improvements. You will also be identifying at risk customers and implementing intensive care.

You must have proven experience in a Quality Assurance Management position, a good understanding of the decision-making and procurement process in corporate business and excellent training and organisational skills. Experience of monitoring performance and KPIs within a mobile phone industry is advantageous.
