This an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a desire to work in a sales/customer service role for a national business that is expanding in the area. You will work with a team of tele-appointers to achieve individual and team targets. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to generate appointments for the national team of field sales representatives. You will be requires to keep and maintain accurate records of appointments you have booked. You will need to liaise with other staff across the group in a polite and professional manner. Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer enquiries. Accuracy with this type of work is essential. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Strong organisational skills
- Strong administrational skills
- Knowledge of accurately maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Word for writting letters to customers
- Ability to send and recieve Emails and attache files using Microsoft Outlook
