An exciting opportunity has arisen for several Production Technicians to join my client in South Wales. In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 my client also offers a competitive pension. The Production Technicians will be joining a young company during a phase of rapid growth.
Skills and Experience Required:
To apply for this position you will be able to show good mechanical and electrical skills, those with a HNC / HND qualifications will be strongly favoured. Knowledge of blow and injection mouldings is essential along with experience from a process polystyrene environment.

The main purpose of the role is to monitor, evaluate and improve the production processes to meet production quotas on time to the required quality with minimum waste and to meet customer requirements.
Daily responsibilities will include;
-Plastic Injection moulds
-Mechanical Fault finding
-Pneumatic faultfinding
-Repair electrical machinery faults
This position is crucial to the productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing and production department. The Production Technicians will be professionally organised individuals with good analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding of the processing of polystyrene.
