RUP System Analyst - Contract - 4 Months - London
Up to 450 EUROS per day
My client are a leading information technology consultancy based in Brussels. They have a client based in London who are currently looking to engage a Systems Analyst with experience of RUP to join a new project in the heart of London's financial centre.
The core activity of this role will be to collect the requirements and analyze a system following the RUP methodology. As a systems analyst, you will be working closely with developers and project managers and will be responsible for the analysis as well as requirements gathering and translating this information in to system Use-Cases.
Other activities involved with this role will be defining the process and participating in the entire project life-cycle, identifying, analyzing and documenting software processes as technical and design specifications.
RUP System Analyst - Contract - 4 Months - London
Up to 450 EUROS per day
You will be gathering and documenting stakeholder requests / system requirements, updating the necessary Visio document, analysis of the requirements, identification of the use cases, creation of the business use case and business process modelling.
Key Skills Required.
- University Degree in ICT, Engineering or similar field
- Proven track record as a system analyst (3+ years) with excellent knowledge of RUP methodology
- Experience with tools and modelling techniques such as UML
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of J2EE technologies
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector would be a plus
- Tools needed BPM, RUP, Office 2000, Outlook 2000, MS Project 2003, OO Analysis, OO Design, UML, Use Case Modelling and Specification,
Desired - Rational Rose, Rational SODA
