Up to £26k per annum depending on experience
We are in need of a experienced junior LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP)System Administrator/System Admin to work alongside the IT Manager and a small team of administrators of a progressive and forward thinking technology company based in the heart of Central London. We need a flexible hard worker who is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and get involved, we need a strong LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP)System Administrator who can work on their own initiative, take charge of situations and work under pressure.
The successful LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP)System Administrator/System Admin will have extensive knowledge of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) technologies, Apple Mac systems and an understanding of Windows and Microsoft. They will have excellent communication skills, proven ability to work in a pressured environment and a strong technical background in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) and Apple Mac.
Projects will include but not limited to: Systems Control and Design, User Administration, Server builds, updates and patching, desktop support. Due to a large number of business changes the LAMP System Administrator will get involved with new projects with cutting edge new technologies.
Due to the nature of the business applicants must be able to hit the floor running so a proven experience of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) technologies is essential.
