Randstad is currently recruiting for Premier Customer Service and Sales Representatives working for a global banking and finance organisation at their telephone banking centre on the Swansea Enterprise Park.
This role is critical to the success of the Banking Centre. Dealing with inbound calls, you will be directly responsible for managing and resolving enquiries from Premier Account holders, providing financial and investment advice as well as promoting other products and services to the customer, identifying sales opportunities for both new and existing products.
Skills and Experience required:
Experience in a similar role is advantageous. Excellent proven customer service skills are essential, and previous sales experience is desirable. You will be contracted to work 35 hours per week between the hours of 7am to 10pm, Monday through to Sunday. This is a full time, permanent position.

Shift Information
