A Business Analyst is required to configure the current FILE STRUCTURE of the EDRMS system (IDOX) to ensure compliance with legislation (all legislation involved, e.g. Data Protection, Retention Schedules, etc.)
Job Description:
Business Analyst to analyse the file structure and with guidnace from the corporate records manager to come up with various file structures that is compliant with legislation and also fits business purpose. Once file structure agreed is to carry out data migration from old file structure to new structure.

- Records management knowledge
