An opportunity has become available for a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join the Civil Litigation team of a growing Cardiff City Centre firm.
Candidates should be experienced in a broad range of litigation matters including: Personal Injury cases arising out of Public Liability, Employers Liability, RTA's and Product Liability as well as non - Personal Injury liability claims. Experience of dealing with fast and multi track matters is essential. Defendant experience is preferable, although those applicants from a Claimant background will also be considered. All candidates should be able to conduct their own advocacy and will ideally have experience of working on behalf of local authority clients and insurers.
