My client, a well established and respected law firm based in Cardiff City Centre are looking to recruit an experience Legal Secretary to join their growing Insurance department.
There insurance practice area acts for numerous general insurers, local authorities, self-insured businesses, claims management organisations, and brokers. We have a specialist team that advises only those involved in the insurance industry and our processes and work-practices are driven by their requirements.
As a successful candidate, your duties will include:
• Audio / copy typing
• Complex document production
• To produce and amend documents with speed and accuracy
• Email Management – incoming, outgoing and archiving
• Diary Management
• Travel Arrangements
• Filtering calls and dealing accordingly
• To respond to internal and external telephone enquiries politely and professionally and take accurate telephone messages, passing them on to the relevant fee earners etc.
• Opening / Closing files
• Filing Management – Physical and Electronic
You MUST have at least 2 years Legal Secretarial experience within Insurance Litigation.
