Assistant Manger - Busy 2 Rosette Country Inn £18-£20k
We are a stunning Inn situated in the Monmouthshire Countryside we have achieved two Rosettes within our rustic restaurant we also offer rooms which have been rated 5 star.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work closely with the owner in the smooth running of this high quality establishment on a daily bases
Qualities:
• The right candidate must have worked within a rosetted establishment before either within restaurant or hotel
• You must have a real eye for detail with good motivational skills
• A hands on approach within each department of this business is a must
• You must have a customer is King attitude to succeed within this role
We also offer an award winning wine list so a passion for fine wine would be an advantage.
