Intapeople one of the leading IT Recruitment Agencies with over 14 years experience within the market place, now have an opening for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to help drive the company forward and to be involved in some major changes within the business.
We are looking for solid business to business sales professionals to enter our unique training programme to become a World Class Recruiter within our current environment. Your main responsibilities will be to establish working relationships with existing and new clients around the globe offering a top class service, maximising every opportunity. You will network and develop existing accounts, generate your own sales leads, sole responsibility of client negotiation and provide flexible recruitment solutions for clients.
In order to be successful within this role you will need to have excellent time keeping skills, be sales driven, self motivated and hold the desire to be successful. You will come from a solid business to business sales environment, by phone, in person or both. Technical sales experience or technically minded professionals would be highly beneficial. Full training will be provided throughout your career with us and we will work with you to give you the tools, knowledge, skills and personal attributes to succeed and maximise your potential earnings.
Within your first year you can expect an OTE salary circa £35k, Second year excess of £40-£50k based on current targets. Experienced Consultants within our business earn excess £65k per annum.
