We are an international organisation with an excellent reputation within our field and we have modern offices based on the outskirts of Cardiff. We are currently looking for a Credit Controller / Debt Collection Advisor to join our team.
As a Credit Controller / Debt Collection Advisor your role will involve:-
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Supervisor
Dealing with credit control, bank reconciliations, invoices, payments and debt chasing
Contacting clients to resolve queries
Chasing debt by phone, fax, email and letter
Negotiating payment terms with customers
Monthly production of an Aged Debtor report
Carrying our credit checks on customers and setting credit limits
Allocating of payments to accounts when paid
Applications for this position of Credit Controller / Debt Collection Advisor will be considered from individuals who have previous experience within credit control, debt collection / recovery, have a good level of administration, the ability to mange your won workload and towards targets. Must possess excellent communication skills and be PC literate in Word and Excel.
In return the company offer a salary of £14 to £15,000 per annum, with excellent benefits and incentives including 22 days holiday and free carparking.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch
