Chef De Partie Required £16k for a new Quality Restaurant opening in Vale of Glamorgan
We are currently recruiting for Chef De Partie within our new restaurant looking to gain up to 3 Rosette Status
We are situated in the Vale of Glamorgan this is a recently restored historic building with open fires and warming charm.
We are looking for an Experienced Chef De Partie to join our new Restaurant opening just outside Cardiff
You will be working with a Rosette chef who will be looking to gain Rosettes within this new and exciting Restaurant
You will be working with only the finest seasonal ingredients which will be locally sourced
The Role:
• The Chef De Partie must be confident in all sections of the kitchen
• The Chef De Partie must have worked within a 3 or 4 star Hotel or Rosette or Quality Kitchen to be able to produce the standards The Head Chef will expect from them
• The Chef De Partie must have a real flair for fresh food and a real eye for detail
This is a Fantastic Opportunity to work under a very professional chef who will be striving forward to gain a top quality place to eat with only the best ingredients
