    Job Elements: -
    - Install and manage an efficient filing system for the department.
    - Allocate requisitions and invoice queries to buyers and keep a log of details.
    - Support buyers by placing low-level orders under existing framework agreements and actioning requisitions ensuring best value for money.
    - Expediting of orders, ensuring on time in full deliveries and obtaining optimum stocks levels on site.
    - Raise purchase orders for specials and negotiate best value for money working with the contract managers wherever possible to include in an existing agreement.
    - Support other team members to ensure critical departmental KPIs is delivered on time.
    - General data gathering and entry required by team members

    The ideal candidate will have:
    - Must be computer literate and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Microsoft Excel and Word.
    - Administrative/clerical/basic technical experience.
    - Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
    - Able to work on own initiative.
    - Good numeracy is essential.
