The Role:
- A motivated Section Leader with extensive knowledge of Commercial Affairs supporting the demands of a busy repair centre whilst producing positive results.
- This will be a supervisory role leading a team of three within a very busy customer service environment.
- Generating quotations for out of warranty repairs and services, as well as pro-forma invoices on customer’s request
- Inputting pricing for new parts.
- Deal with enquiries concerning open quotes.
- Invoice and credit note administration.
- Administration of credit card payments and maintenance of payments’ terminal.
- Responding to internal and external queries and problem resolution
- Maintaining excellent 5S as well as a healthy and safe work environment
- Maintaining daily KPI as well as monthly reports
- Preparing quarterly price updates and updating the system
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Good technical computer knowledge.
- Good general knowledge of Accounting.
- Excellent MS Excel, Access, Excel skills, pivot tables, macros etc are essential.
- Must be able to work within a pressurised environment and be willing to work additional hours during busy periods (incl. weekends), when required
- Good problem solving skills as well as time management, as will be required to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent customer service skills (and experience of how to effectively deal with difficult customers)
- Strong communicator,
- Ideal candidate would have European language skills.
